It is the large amounts of antioxidants that make this change in your body and this helps with things like diabetes and heart disease.
  • Skin protection – Dark chocolate contains compounds that protect your skin against the ravages of the sun and UV rays. It helps to improve blood flow directly to the skin and this increases the skin’s density and also helps to hydrate the skin.
